Incredibly friendly & helpful staff. Clean, easy to access units with flatbed carts readily available for larger/heavier items. Comfortable climate control for the indoor units which is super important in this heat. The layout of the 5x10 is fantastic and much easier to use than how they are at other facilities (the 10 is across instead of deep). Highly recommend.

This was the least stressful part of moving! I have had to make several trips to put stuff in storage and every time I think "I love this place." Besides the comfort of knowing that my things are being stored in a clean, climate-controlled envt, I feel like everything I need was provided. We bought the very convenient and secure lock from them, and reasonably priced packaging tape a few times. Carts are always available by the door. Padded elevator and motion-sensor lights make it easy to get around the place quickly. To top it all, they have free bottled water -- much appreciated after you've been hauling stuff on a hot day. Management is always there during work hours: David and Bill are friendly and helpful. It all makes for a good experience.

Excellent facility, service and reception. We moved from overseas back to Raleigh after completing an international assignment. When I was abroad, I called and spoke with David, on-site manager, and he gave me the details and the run down. He was helpful and provided guidance on the size of the unit and other related manners. The day my container arrived to the facility, I decided to change the size of the container, David accommodated without any fuss.
