After an abrupt job relocation across the country and due to the backlog of trucking/shipping, we found ourselves scrambling for a storage unit that would fit a 4br house belongings. We called this location late in the evening and Mike answered right away and reserved us a unit and we met him the very next morning to set everything up. He gave us a tour, explained everything from how to be certain you’ve locked your units to tips on storing your belongings. Since we were going to be several states away when the movers arrived, he suggested us to have a designated person, and even allowed us to sign for him to oversee our stuff incase of emergency. Also, during the time we were storing our stuff, he was making several rounds and personally checked each lock/unit. Long story short, about 8 weeks later, a semi truck with movers arrived to pick up our belongings and we received them in excellent condition. No smell, no bugs, and clean. With all the stress of moving, it felt like our belongings were safe in Ft. Knox. If you need storage, a lock (cheaper than Lowe’s or Home Depot!), or even uhaul driving tips/maneuvers, do not hesitate to call Mike. Thanks, Mike ??

We came by yesterday to get prices on some units. Mike was very amazing and helpful for us selecting the unit to best fit our needs and budget. He took us around the site and showed us a few units that we asked to see and ultimately found the best fit. He allowed us to reserve the unit and return today to place the rental. Mike did a fantastic job explaining all the odds and ends to the rental and making us feel at home. Will definitely drive the extra miles to use this facility again!
