Prior to joining Universal Storage Group, Carol was a Customer Service Manager at Food Lion where she provided management and support duties to meet financial and sales goals. Carol started her career in the Self Storage Industry as a Relief Manager and soon became a Manager, Trainer, a member of the USG STARS Team and is now an Area Manager, overseeing facilities in CO and NC. Carol has a background in customer service, marketing, budgeting, sales and leadership skills which has helped her along the way as she continues to build her career with USG.
