Accessibility through the main entrance gate for moving trucks/oversized vehicles when customers need after-hours entry is tricky, especially if one of the property's rental trucks is parked at the main entrance. The large secondary gated entrance is open until 4 pm on weekdays, providing another entry option. Based on the good condition of the property, budget-friendly pricing, staff, and prime location off I-75, probably the best storage facility value in Macon.

Great place for storage never had a problem. I will say I would have liked to be informed prior to ownership change. Only reason I new such thing happened is when i went to pay for next month online and was unable to locate storage location on app. Therefore causing me to have to call/visit establishment. Customer service was great in resolving payment and no late fee was assessed. Hopefully there will be an app or online services to make payments soon.

Let me say first of all, that the manager of the Dove street facility, Garret, is outstanding in every regard. He is extremely courteous and does everything possible to make the customer experience positive. An example of this is the way he worked to get me just the right unit for my utility trailer. He located a unit with extra access space for parking my trailer which really helped. The units are clean and well maintained. Never had any problems with getting access to my unit.

I love these guys despite the access hours being restricted from 6am-10pm. I usually need to get in around 11pm if I do need something. There security is always on the lookout and the owners keep a close eye on you so that your belongings are safe. Recently I called and they unlocked the rear inside access to my storage container and even called back to let me know it was open so I could get it in from the rear.
